Dr. Dwight Minami

| Dr. Dwight Minami is a Professor in agricultural economics. A native of Reedley, Dr. Minami owned and operated a peach packing operation and taught part-time at CSU, Fresno until 1994 when he joined us as a full-time faculty member. He has B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees from UC Davis. He has a particular interest in fruit and vegetable marketing. He teaches courses in Agricultural Statistics, Intermediate Agricultural Economics and Agribusiness Sales among others. |
