Dr. Nef is an agricultural economist specializing in natural resource economics.  At Fresno State, he has taught courses in introductory and intermediate theory, agricultural finance, agricultural policy, agricultural research methods, agribusiness microcomputer applications, agricultural trade, and resource economics.  Dr. Nef is currently serving as Dean of Undergraduate Studies and devotes his time to dealing with academic affairs in the Office of the Associate Provost.
