WET SAMPLE OPTION:
Samples can be viewed directly without drying and coating. (20x-1000x)
HIGH MAGNIFICATION OPERATION:
Samples requiring higher magnifications (20x-100,000x) can be imaged in the normal high vacuum mode. This requires drying the sample and coating with metal. All equipment needed for sample preparation is available.
MULTIPLE IMAGE FORMATS:
The Topcon ABT 60 SEM can produce images in three formats.
„ 4"x5" B/W Polaroid print & negative
„ Video printer picture (quick & inexpensive)
„ Digitized Computer Images (tif format)
COMPUTER IMAGE PROCESSOR:
Images can be enhanced and measured with an easy-to-use Windows© program . Images can be converted to Macintosh format for photo enhancement. All images in this brochure were modified using Photoshop © software.
The Topcon ABT 60 SEM can be operated with an easy-to-use Windows© program. Instrument settings can be saved for future use.
AUTOMATIC OPERATION:
All controls are automated for ease of use. (Auto focus, auto stigmation, auto contrast.)
