This weekend getaway for two includes lodging on Friday and Saturday nights at the AAA Four Diamond Award-winning Tenaya Lodge Yosemite, Friday evening wine reception and entertainment, three Saturday workshops featuring wine and food experts, and a five-course gourmet wine dinner on Saturday night masterfully prepared by Executive Chef Fred Clabaugh. Fresno State award-winning wine and agricultural products will be featured throughout the weekend.

2008 Wine Reception - An informal evening featuring Fresno State students, wine, and agricultural products including a variety of sausages, cheeses, natural and coated raisins and almonds, and olive oil. Meet Fresno State faculty, staff, and students from the Fresno State Winery, Vineyard, Farm Market, Orchard, Dairy, Meets, Floral and Culinary Programs.

Exotic Fruit Gazpacho, Aebleskiver, Crepes with Banana and Nutella prepared by Tenaya Lodge Chef Clabaugh and Fresno State's Chef Tenbergen
This popular and entertaining workshop provides cooking ideas, food and wine pairing tips, and recipes for participants to use at home.

2008 Red Wine Blending & Competition featuring Clark Smith
Participants become winemakers for a day and team up to create a wine that is entered into the annual weekend competition. The winning team is announced during Saturday evening's gourmet dinner! This workshop has become a popular activity that everyone looks forward to.
