The International Wine Microbiology Symposium is being presented by the California State University, Fresno Viticulture and Enology Research Center and Department of Viticulture and Enology for the wine industry, with support from several industry sponsors.  The program will feature international and national experts from four continents of the world.   Members of the wine industry - including winemakers and laboratory personnel - will not want to miss this event!
